  • Yes! The Core, Plus and Whole Enchilada packages reflect our most popular and serviceable offerings, but we are always open to discussing your specific requirements. 

  • We strongly feel that going through the full branding process is necessary to achieve the most effective and beautiful website. If we skip talking about your background, values and goals, we will not be able to properly showcase your business on a website. Every business needs and deserves a full brand identity!

  • We use Squarespace, which has fantastic customization, built-in security and SEO, and it’s affordable to maintain. 

  • Our ideal timeline for the Whole Enchilada — from our first conversation to website launch — is around 12 weeks. We encourage active responses, in-person and videoconference meetings, and sticking to our suggested schedule during the design phase.

  • No. We have worked with clients from coast to coast — even in France! — finding great success in video chats and screenshares. If you are located in the Houston area, however, we look forward to at least a couple of in-person meetings. Getting to know our clients face-to-face is such a treat!

  • We aren’t going anywhere! While we offer Squarespace training and hand you the keys to your site, we always make time to help our branding clients with any troubleshooting or design questions. We also offer affordable and flexible retainer packages, acting as an extension of your team — or a whole marketing department. We can make newsletters, coordinate photoshoots, map out editorial calendars, create print and digital ads, and more.
